I never disclose client names, projects, or any details of our work together — not in my portfolio, not on social media, not anywhere. Your name goes on the work, and that's the end of it. Discretion is the foundation of everything I do.

Voice-matching starts with a deep-dive interview where I ask about your communication style, the phrases you naturally use, your opinions, your pet peeves, and how you talk to your audience. I also study existing samples — emails, talks, social posts, anything you've written. From there, I build a voice profile that guides every piece. Most clients say the first draft sounds more like them than anything they've written themselves.

Standard turnaround times: LinkedIn articles (800–1,200 words) — 3–5 business days. Op-eds and bylines — 5–7 business days. White papers and long-form content — 10–14 business days. Full book manuscripts — scoped per project, typically 8–16 weeks. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available for an additional fee. Retainer clients always get priority scheduling.

Not at all — that's my job. For most pieces, a 30–60 minute voice-matching call is all I need to get started. You share your ideas, opinions, and goals; I handle the research, structure, and writing. For more technical or niche topics, I may ask for a few reference materials or a second short call. The process is designed to take as little of your time as possible.
