I never disclose client names, projects, or any details of our work together: not in my portfolio, not on social media, not anywhere. Your name goes on the work, and that's the end of it. Discretion is the foundation of everything I do.
Voice-matching starts with a deep-dive interview where I ask about your communication style, the phrases you naturally use, your opinions, your pet peeves, and how you talk to your audience. I also study existing samples: emails, talks, social posts, anything you've written. From there, I build a voice profile that guides every piece. Most clients say the first draft sounds more like them than anything they've written themselves.
Standard turnaround times: LinkedIn articles (800-1,200 words): 3-5 business days. Op-eds and bylines: 5-7 business days. White papers and long-form content: 10-14 business days. Full book manuscripts: scoped per project, typically 8-16 weeks. Rush delivery (48-72 hours) is available for an additional fee. Retainer clients always get priority scheduling.
